The Living Christ Series
Influenced by the success of the St. Paul series, producer Friedrich led the Cathedral Films team in creating a second ambitious 12-part series called The Living Christ, filmed in color between 1951 and 1957. The series begins with the Old Testament prophesies of Isaiah and Christ's coming, and then faithfully dramatizes the birth, ministry, crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
